She was predeceased by : her parents, James DeMore and Angela DeMore; and her husband Albert Zart. She is survived by : her children, Lynn Monai (Lee), Michael Zart (Mary), David Zart (Janie) and Jeffrey Zart (Katie); her grandchildren, Anthony, Carly, Desi, Emily, Max, Megan and Abbey; her great grandchildren, Scarlet, Lola, Hazel, Sloane, Shea and Remy; and her sister Janice O'Connor.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Western Reserve can be made in Frances's name.
