He is survived by: his wife Linda (Smallwood); his sons, Matthew and Nicholas; his stepchild Jamie Smallwood; his siblings, Marilyn Van Horn (Mark), Raymond, Jr. (Karen), Diane Leach (Steve) and Chris Hauck (Michelle); and his pet Lola.
