He is survived by: his wife Josephyne Worthington; his parents, Mary Worthington and Glenn Worthington; his siblings, John Worthington (Samantha), Leah Jackson (Maison) and Libby Sims (Keegan); his nephew Cameron; his nieces, Raya, Addison and Nyla; his children, Bennett and Ida; his parents-in-law, Dave and Jess Salesky; his brothers-in-law, Mack, Ben and Adam Salesky; and his grandparents, Carl, Carolyn Worthington, Jean, Don DiSantis and Janet Salesky. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, coworkers.
