He was predeceased by: his parents, John Spyak and Joan Spyak; his granddaughter Caitlin Spyak; and his sister Joan E. Battis. He is survived by: his wife Eleanor A. Spyak; his children, John M. Spyak (Robbin), Joseph Spyak (Sylvia), Paul R. Spyak (Anna) and Thomas A. Spyak (Janice); his grandchildren, Shane (Rebecca), Somer (Anthony), Monique (John), Jackilyn (Tony), Janick, Matthew and Madison; and his great grandchildren, Kailynn, Ava, Addison, Mason, Adriana, Emma, Savanna, John, Ariana, Lily and Easton.
