It is with sadness that the passing of Joseph Guta (North Olmsted, Ohio) is shared. Joseph, born on June 6, 1939, passed away on September 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Joseph will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Joseph by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Joseph is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Joseph’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his wife Rosemarie Guta; and his daughter Sherri Dobbs. He is survived by: his daughter Jill Patrick (Todd Patrick); his grandchildren, Lauren Patrick, Jenna Cheesman (Phil), Jordan Rezac and Michael Rezac (Mackenzie); and his brothers, Thomas Guta (Joanne Guta) and Chuck Guta (Susan Guta).
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Sunset Chapel (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the same location.
