He was predeceased by: his parents, Gertrude Gillilan and Ralph Gillilan; his wife Marilyn Gillilan; his grandchildren, Jennifer Burns (Chris), Jillian Donmoyer (Eric), Jeremiah Boland (Aimee), Matthew Gillilan (Michelle), Elisa Benedict (Scott), Cody Tyree, Joshua Gillilan (Heather), Christina Bucur and Zachary Tyree; and his sisters, Helen, Wilma and Eileen.
He is survived by: his children, Peggy Bucur (Greg), Greg Gillilan (Debbie), Pamela Boland (Russell), Polly Sanok (John) and Gary Gillilan (Alexandra). He is also survived by twenty great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Et Sunset Funeral & Cremation Services (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Chapel (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
