He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Rock (Hotsinpiller); his parents, Gail Rock (Ziegler) and Sam Rock; and his brother Don Rock. He is survived by: his sister Denise Rice (Ken); his daughters, Kristen Rock (Robert Suboticki) and Kim Rock; his grandsons, Bill (Heather), Sam Brown, Alex and Eric Suboticki; and his great grandchildren, Harley, Georgia and Kennedy.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages acts of kindness in Leonard's honor—fixing something for someone, teaching a kid to hunt, fish, or shoot, and spending as much time with family and friends as you can—because time is precious and life is short.
