He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Hayes and Anna Miller; and his brothers, Kenneth Lee and Bruce Jay Miller. He is survived by: his children, Ashlee Stewart, Brittany Zavagno and Michelle Miller; and his sister Sherriann Miller. He is also survived by his family, friends.
