He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his great grandchildren, Elliyonna and Dominick; his sister Judith Smith (Kent); his nieces and nephews, Jena, Jill and Julie; Kelley Karriker (Wilson), Caley, Clara, Kaleb, Jessica (Scott Dean), Jaxon, James and Jase.
