She was predeceased by: her husband William W. Nicholas; and her parents, Mildred Healy and Ray Healy. She is survived by: her children, Jennifer Homoelle (Chris) and Andrew Nicholas (Krista); her grandchildren, Isaac Homoelle (Kali), Evalyn Homoelle, Adin Homoelle, Eliana Homoelle, Olivia Mateer (Kane), Noah Nicholas, Aaron Nicholas and Caleb Nicholas; her great grandchildren, Ellis and Bowman Homoelle; and her siblings, Ray Healy, Edward Healy and Mary Smoot (Steve).

She endured the difficult battle of Parkinson's and Dementia with courage and grace.
