He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore and Grace; and his sister Linda M. Caffo. He is survived by: his wife Jacquelyn Mae; his daughters, Pamela Mayo and Shari Caffo; his grandchild Logan Mayo; and his sisters, Wanda Armburger (Jerry) and Lori Miles (Steve). He is also survived by sisters-in-law, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews.
