He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Collins and Doris Collins; his wife Dee; and his brothers, Richard and Rob Collins.
He is survived by: his children, Jeff Collins (Andrea), Todd Collins, Michelle Collins and Tammi Cooke (John); and his pet Tabby. He is also survived by his five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
