She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Bursik and Elda Bursik; her husband John Kirst; and her stepgrandchildren, Cassandra Johnson (Roy) and Max Tull.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Kirst and Debra Tull (Louis); and her great grandchildren, Lexi and Summer Johnson.
