She was predeceased by: her daughter Susan Richardson; her parents, Elizabeth Lackey and Patrick Lackey; her siblings, Bridget Clancy, Michael Lackey, Elizabeth McDermott and Anna May Wilson; and her husband Richard Richardson.
She is survived by: her children, Eileen Walker (late Michael), Richard Richardson (Marina), Diana Dockman (Michael) and Mary Carroll (Patrick); her grandchildren, Ann Walker, Kirill Richardson (Tatiana), Alexa Laor (Nitay), Kara Dockman, Matthew Dockman, Brigid Carroll, Elizabeth Carroll and Abigail Carroll; her great grandchild Max; her siblings, Kathleen Sheehan and John Lackey; her aunt Mamie; and her uncle Joe. She is also survived by family later grew to include eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home of North Olmsted (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Brendan Church (4242 Brendan Ln, North Olmsted, OH 44070).
