He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred and Marjorie; and his sister Patricia. He is survived by: his wife Gail; his children, David (Kim), Jackie (Michael) and Tommy (Danelle); and his grandsons, Tyler, David, Tommy, Kyle and Stevie.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to Cleveland APL, a place close to Tom's heart.
