He was predeceased by: his parents, Regina Zavada and Joseph Zavada; his wife Judy A. Zavada; and his son Timothy Klesta. He is survived by: his daughters, Angie Zavada and Jennifer Blomstrom (Shawn). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
