He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Rose Urban (Kracker) and Rudolph Steve Urban; and his brothers, Craig Urban (Jeanette) and Terrance Urban. He is survived by: his wife Carol Urban (Green); his children, Kimberly Rue Payne (Kenny) and Eric Urban (Stephanie); his stepchildren, Robert Webb, Richard Webb (Julie), Cheryl Lambert (Steve) and Cindy Webb (Mark); and his siblings, Donna Palur (late Robert), Mark Urban (Sue) and Renell Manesh (Ali). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and in-laws.
