He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elmer Fortlage and Pearl Fortlage; his wife Mary Ann Fortlage; his children, Renee, Donna (Ken) and Jay; his grandchildren, Kendra, Amber (Brandon), Allison and Shane; his great grandchildren, Scarlett and Jackson; and his brothers, Paul Fortlage (late Carol) and Bob Fortlage (Myra).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Sunset Chapel (6245 Columbia Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 2:45 PM at the Sunset Memorial Park (6265 Columbia Rd, Olmsted Falls, OH 44070).
