He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. William Retzer and Beatrice Retzer (Hauck); his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Arber (Kevin) and Robert Retzer; his sister-in-law Dorothy Weckel; and his nephew David Arber.
He is survived by: his spouse Jean Ann (Weckel); his children, Debra Bush (Brian), David Retzer, William Retzer and Laurie Dickens (Danny); his grandchildren, Megan Bush, Bridget Bush, Nicholas Bush and Jenny Dickens; and his sibling's children, Susan Crabtree (Gene) and Kevin Arber (Teri). He is also survived by his family, friends.
