With sadness, we share the passing of William P. Moore of North Olmsted, Ohio. William, born on December 20, 1937 in Columbus, Ohio, passed away on September 5, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Moore and James Moore; and his siblings, Thomas Moore, John Moore, Patricia Moriarty and Gerard Moore.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his children, Thomas Moore, Daniel Moore, Marianne Moore, William J. Moore (Rose), Kathleen Moore and Elizabeth Winhoven (Shawn); his grandchildren, Cole Winhoven, Luke Winhoven and Charlie Piscopo; and his siblings, James Moore and Mary Hinton.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chambers Funeral Home of North Olmsted (29150 Lorain Rd, North Olmsted, OH 44070). A Mass was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St Malachi Parish (1371 W 25th St, Cleveland, OH 44113).
In lieu of flowers contributions to St. Malachi Church, 1371 West 25th Street, Cleveland, OH 44113 or to Rock it Out Cleveland, 18626 Detroit Ave. Lakewood, OH 44107. (a Parkinson's wellness and boxing program) in William's name.
