It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alan Messer of North Ridgeville, Ohio, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Heather; his children, Jessica Semanco (Brian), Rachel Schnitz (Mike), A. J., Daniel Bryson (Becki) and Samantha Blakely; and his parents, James "Orville" and Alice. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

The family will receive friends (while practicing social distancing and the use of masks) THURSDAY 5 – 7 PM at the A. RIPEPI & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 18149 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS (WEST OF I-71).
