He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Bentley and Ethel Bentley; and his siblings, Gordon Bentley Jr., Oscar Bentley, Phyllis Wade and Sarah Green.
He is survived by: his wife Sherry M. Bentley; his children, Michelle Bentley and Kevin Bentley; and his sister Stella Duby. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
