He is survived by: his caregivers, Kristy, Lori, Eileen, Karen, Marion, Missy, Pamela, Dr. Florin and Christine; his daughters, Christa (Justin), Andrea (Mason) and Kaylee; his granddaughters, Scottlyn and Ophelia; his sister Lisa (Lance Sturgill); his brother-in-law Eric Toth; his nephews, Joe (Carrie), Nick and Vince; and his friends, Pat, Lex, Chris Logan, Ed Dilalla, Rick Grizer and Bandit. He is also survived by six great nieces and nephews.
