He is survived by: his wife Denise M. Ammons; his children, David Ammons Jr. of Lorain, Shanice Ammons of North Ridgeville and Shayla Bowie (Earnest III) of Elyria, OH; his grandchildren, Desean Fitzpatrick, Brielle Ammons, Leilani Bowie, Jayden Ammons and Josiah Ammons; his brothers, Willie T Ammons Jr. (Jennifer) of Lorain, Tommy Lee Ammons (Dawn) of Elyria, Ricky Ammons of Elyria, Jimmy Ammons of Lorain and Michael Ammons (Brigitte); his brother-in-law Clifford Greenhill Sr.; and his sisters, Doris Ammons of Elyria, Ella Mae Ammons-Davis of Lorain, Linda Ammons of Lorain and Nancy Ammons of Columbus, OH.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and an extended network of family members and friends.
