She was predeceased by: her husband James Churko. She is survived by: her siblings, Michael Daubner (late Charlene), Marlene Burgbacher, Laurie Piatak (Jace), Sharon Ineman (Steve) and Gary Daubner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

“I am so sorry for your loss of Diane. She made quite an impression on me, who used to be so shy in high school. She accepted me, and later at our reunions made me feel I was in the "in" crowd. Never enough time together at those reunions! However, I did manage to visit her & Jim in Sedona twice. Loved their gracious home. I was glad when she moved back to Ohio.
