She is survived by: her children, Raymond E. Forrest (Joni) of Elyria, Richard Forrest (Shannon) of Lorain, Marian Otto of Elyria and Kathy Forrest (Alan) of North Ridgeville. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
