He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his daughters, Rachel Everlight (Savion) of North Ridgeville and Alexandra Prok of North Ridgeville; his granddaughter Symerah French; his father Robert Prok of Columbia Station; his sister Ruth Stankiewicz (David) of Columbia Station; and his close friend Sean O'Connor. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
