He was predeceased by : his parents, William Kapalko and Violet Kapalko; and his brother Ray Capp. He is survived by : his wife Karen; his daughter Ashley Kapalko of Westlake; his sisters-in-law, Kimberly Kirsch and Diane Capp; his nephews, Timothy and Dan Strimpel (Lori); and his niece Lisa Peto (Jim).
