He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Anthony and Helen Minelli (Ciavarelli); and his sister Marietta Cappelletti. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Sharon Anne Minelli-Jablonski, Gina Marie Koncz (Jason), Michael A. Minelli (Pamela) and Angela Minelli; his grandchildren, Megan Isom (late Justin), Elizabeth Jablonski, Richard Jablonski (Whitney), Anthony McNamara (Emily), Michael McNamara, Morgan Minelli and Jackson Minelli; his great grandchildren, Clell and Lucilla; his siblings, Rose Ann Paradise (late Nick) and Anthony Minelli (late Marlene); and his stepmother Rose Minelli.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration, Hospice of the Western Reserve, St. Edward's High School, or the University of Notre Dame Scholarship Fund. By request of the family, please do not send flowers.
