She was predeceased by : her son Paul D. Stultz; her son-in-law James Tollett; her brother Rev. Michael Thomas; and her parents, Daniel Herbert and Donna Jean Herbert.

She is survived by : her husband Paul F. Stultz; her daughter Paige Tollett-Hama (Dan); her daughter-in-law Brianna Stultz; her grandchildren, Austin Stultz, Caleb Stultz, Gracen Tollett, Gavin Tollett and Emmy Stultz; her sister Rev. Cathy Gillum (Bishop Tommy Gillum); her sister-in-law Rev. Gail Thomas; her niece Christa Henry (Kevin); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Cole, Cullen, Crosby and Cavanaugh; her niece Tricia Sherlin (Skylar); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Eliza Jean and Shaddix; her nephew Michael Gillum (Brittany); her great-niece Libby; her great-nephew Noah; her niece Jessica Shonebargar (Eric); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby and Maddie.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Liston Funeral Home (36403 Center Ridge Rd, North Ridgeville, OH 44039). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
