He was predeceased by: his parents, Faurice Neece and Nora Neece; and his siblings, William Burgess Neece, Noel R. Neece and Joyce Ralph.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his daughters, Michelle Scina (Andrew) of Elyria and Requel Siefker (James) of North Ridgeville; his grandchildren, Chelsea Oscar (Anthony), Kyli Valente (Joseph), Brian Demeter (Lindsey) and Casandra Moran (Logan); and his siblings, Lois Gitchett, Elizabeth Bazley, Tena Neece-Cole, Douglas Neece, Anita Neff (Wayne) and James Arthur Neece (Nancy).
