She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Price; her daughter Cathy Mangan; her grandchildren, James G. Price and Theresa Price; her sisters, Marie Carroll and Nancy Bullis; and her parents, Ira A. Smith and Darrell E. Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, James E. Price of North Ridgeville, Chris Price (Joann) of Brunswick, Bruce Price of Norwalk and Dean Price of Lorain; her son-in-law Richard Mangan of North Ridgeville; George Smith (Fran) of Muskogee, Oklahoma.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN.
