He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Cusick and Margaret Cusick. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; his daughter Shannon Jenkins (Rick) of North Ridgeville; his grandchildren, Carson and Clara Illig; and his brothers, Jerry Cusick (Joan) and Raymond Cusick (Maryann). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
