He was predeceased by: his wife Diane M; and his siblings, Melvin Wayne Lightner and Teri Johnson. He is survived by: his children, William F IV (Tammy) of Findlay, Robert M (Nicole) of Waxhaw, NC and Elizabeth A Lightner of Parma, OH.; and his grandchildren, Kenny and Kinley Lightner.
