He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Mayer and Virginia Mayer; his siblings, Joanne Gigliotti and Raymond Mayer; his son-in-law David Chapski; his grandson Jacob Pituch; and his great grandchild Caleb Duttko.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sister Jackie Kish; his children, Lisa Chapski (Arnie), Arthur Walsh (Valerie), Thomas Walsh, Kelly Mayer and Shari Campagna; his son-in-law Steven Campagna; his grandchildren, Rob, Melissa, Lauren, Ryan, Sarah, Shaun, Ashley, Josh, Jason, Grace and Madilyn; his great grandchildren, Eli, Matthew, Chloe, Eve, Sylvie and Nicollette; and his pet Sophie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, countless dear family members and friends.
