He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Adalph Smith and Delores Louise Smith (Woten). He is survived by: his children, Morgan Mace (Anthony) and Avery Smith.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project in honor of Doug's lifelong dedication to serving others.
