She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Balicki and Loretta Balicki. She is survived by: her husband John J. Stack, Jr.; her daughters, Jacqueline M. Chandler (Mark) and Shannon C. Carroll (Scott); her granddaughter Isabella L. Carroll; her brother Gene Balicki (Sue); and her siblings-in-law, JoAnn Smith (Les), Judy Ramage (late Wayland) and Joe Stack (Jan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, family suggests that donations be made to the Parish School of Catholic Formation at St. Colette.
