He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Martha; his stepchildren, Laura Simon (Dezon Finch), Marsha Paul (Steve) and Anthony Simon (Lauren); his grandchild Aleister Simon; his parents, George Sheedy and Dorothy Sheedy; his siblings, Robyn Stephen (Glen) and Gregory Sheedy (late Debbie); and his close friend Ulysses. He was also cherished by uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
