He was predeceased by: his parents, Mayor Arthur Westfall and Helen Westfall. He is survived by: his spouse Leslie Westfall; his children, Lance Westfall, Jr. (Rachel) and Ashley Westfall; his siblings, Sharon White (Joe) and Randall Westfall (Carol); his siblings-in-law, Debbie Biondo and John Graziani (Debbie); his grandchildren, Grey and Charley; and his siblings' children, Lee Skinner, Dan Westfall, Joey White, Tammy Henry, Kevin Graziani, Vanessa Bodecker, Kristen Kassouf, Ronnie Biondo and Joey Graziani.
In lieu of flowers, donations are accepted to the Westfall family (Wife Leslie) for assistance in these deeply trying times.
