She was predeceased by: her father Bruce Jack Hookway; her wife Roxsand Zima; her mother Carol Jean Hookway (Stolley); her sister Deann Kenik (Michael); her nephew Brandon M. Kenik; her niece Delaney A. Kenik; her stepchildren, Lauren (Michael) and Jacob Zima; and her grandsons, Blake and Dylan.

She is survived by: her cousin Lynda Meyer.
