He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Moliatu and Jean Moliatu; and his siblings, Elaine Shoumlisky and George Moliatu. He is survived by: his wife Paula Moliatu; the father of his child Alysia Koskovics; his son-in-law Joe Koskovics; his grandchildren, Leon Lipphardt, Joe Joe Koskovics and Mckenna Koskovics; and his sibling Terry Moliatu.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Paul Greek Orthodox Church (4548 Wallings Rd, North Royalton, OH 44133). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
