She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Knapick and Mary Knapick; and her sister Eleanor. She is survived by: her husband Leslie J. "Les" Spade; her children, Dwayne Spade (Betty Jean) and Paula Brower; and her grandchildren, Clinton (Jennifer), Jennifer, Alexandra, Charles, Daniel and Nicholas. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
