He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. Workman and Myrtle Workman (Stewart); his son Kevin; and his brothers, Garland, James and John.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his daughters, Diana Mead (Russell), Donna Jablonski (Michael) and Julia Lake; and his stepdaughter Krista Lebron (Dominic). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, those wishing to offer memorials are asked to consider the Leukemia Foundation or Hospice of Northwest Ohio.
