He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jay and Gladys Lutes; and his stepmother Rhonda Lutes. He is survived by: his wife Diane Marie Cline; his father David Lutes; his children, Conan Lutes (Katie-Ann) and Spencer Lutes (Courtney); and his sister Tina Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.
