She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence R. Jewell and Myrtle N. Jewell (Hammersmith); her husband Lupe H. Martinez; her stepson Matthew Martinez; and her sisters, Judy Crandall and Carol DeVerna.
She is survived by: her son Larry Smith Jr. (Jennifer) of Northwood; her stepson Keith Martinez (Beth) of Sandusky; her grandchildren, Brittany Smith (Connor), Courtney Smith (Dustin), Keith Martinez Jr. and Jenna Martinez; her great grandchildren, Malcolm and Asher; and her sisters, Marlene Rahm, Bertha Goeckerman and Debbie Harding.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials take the form of contribution to: A charity of the donor's choice.
