She is survived by: her children, Angela Heckler (Bill), Julie O'Brien (Matt), William Carter Jr., Joseph Carter (Terry) and David Carter; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Elijah, Eliana, Matthew, Tyler, Kelsey, Molly, Kurstyn, Allison, Zackary, Madalyn, Megan, Justin, Cory and Sean; her great grandchildren, Aurora, Athena, Josie, Scarlett, Emalynn, Brooklynn, Savannah, Charlotte, Wyatt, Maximus, Wesley, Joel, Reagan, Selma and Maryn; her siblings, Becky Friend (Dan), Roger Wilkinson, Anne Wiltrout (Robert) and Neva Gibson (Ken); and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Wiley and Sandie Cranston.
