He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Carneal and Ruth Carneal (Long); his wife Evelyn Dawn Carneal; his grandson Gabriel Carneal; and his siblings, Margie McGehee, Bland Carneal, Rena Heyneman, Rosemary Saxton, Dolly Patrick, Shirley Jane Carneal, James Carneal and Daniel Carneal.
He is survived by: his brother Jerry Carneal; his children, Shannon Carneal (Maiy), Chris Carneal (Karen) and Kevin Carneal (Julie); and his grandchildren, Colleen Wilcox (Brett), Abbey Abraham (Eddie), Alexandra Wilcox, Valin Wilcox, Benjamin Carneal and Marlena Carneal.
