She was predeceased by : her parents, John Weigand and Helena Weigand (Schwartz); her husband Roscoe Owen Carter Jr.; and her sister Esther Erdmann. She is survived by : her sons, Roscoe Owen Carter III (Margaret) of Stafford, Kimbroe John Carter (Anneliese) of Canfield and Thomas Heriot Carter (Haraldine) of Coralville, Iowa; her grandchildren, Mathew Carter (Sarah) of Lexington, Paul Carter (Winifred) of Orion Township, Janet A Carter of Alexandria, Christopher Carter of Norton, Timothy Carter (Jolene) of Tiega Cay, Erika Moore (Grant) of Charlotte, Kathleen Carter (Alan) of Chicago, Emily, Annabelle Carter, Theodore Moore and Malcolm Hutchison; and also, Geneva, Owen and Beatrix Carter.
