He was predeceased by: his wife Kay Hurley; his son Jake Hurley; and his parents, Agnes Hurley and John Hurley. He is survived by: his daughter Kaitlin Hollister (Scott); his sisters, Teri Hurley and Kathy Antal (Dennis); his grandchildren, Barrett and Emma Hollister; and his friend John Morganstern. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jerry's honor to the Cleveland Clinic Akron General Justin T. Rogers Hospice Care Center, 3358 Ridgewood Rd, Fairlawn, OH 44333, whose compassionate care provided comfort during his final days.
