He is survived by: his wife Shelby Hetrick; his children, Mark Hetrick (Mary Jo) and Kim Kraft (Phil); and his grandchildren, Kristin Widzinski (Ryan), Dan Kraft, Josh Hetrick (Kara) and Samantha Hageman (Nick). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren; and many other loving family and friends.
